Kids and car seats in winter ❄️ Ugh 😑 The whole process is just terrible. The kids are either freezing while you take them in and out of their coats or you just ignore the rule of taking the coat off to get into the car seat. Since I take car seat safety very seriously I looked into what kind of coats I could buy the kids to keep them warm and safe while driving. The Patagonia down sweater is the answer 🙌🏻 It is super warm and car seat friendly (according to the infamous car seat lady) because it smushes down to pull the straps tight. If it’s really cold and they’re going to play outside for awhile I either layer something under it or over it. It’s definitely a must buy for me every winter
